How to Resize Signature for Online Forms?

Most online government forms (like SSC, UPSC, IBPS, PAN Card) require a digital signature that is very small in file size (usually between 10 KB and 20 KB). Reducing a phone camera photo (which is often 2MB) to 20KB without losing clarity is difficult without the right tool.

Common Signature Dimensions:

Tips for Best Results:
