IBPS & SBI Photo Resizing Guidelines

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) and State Bank of India (SBI) share the exact same image requirements. They are unique because they also require a Left Thumb Impression and a Handwritten Declaration.

1. Photograph Image:

Must be a recent passport style color picture. Dimensions 4.5cm x 3.5cm. Pixel resolution: 200 x 230 pixels is preferred. File size: 20kb–50kb.

2. Signature Image:

The applicant has to sign on white paper with Black Ink pen. Dimensions 140 x 60 pixels. Size: 10kb-20kb. Note: Signatures in CAPITAL LETTERS are NOT accepted.

3. Left Thumb Impression:

The applicant has to put their left thumb impression on white paper with black or blue ink. Dimensions: 240 x 240 pixels. Size: 20kb-50kb.
