UTIITSL Pan Card Image Specifications

When applying for a new Pan Card or correction via UTIITSL, the image requirements are extremely specific. Standard passport photos are often rejected.

1. Photo Requirements:

• Exact Dimension: 2.5 cm x 2.5 cm.
• Pixels: 213 pixels x 213 pixels.
• Resolution: 300 DPI (Dots Per Inch).
• File Size: Less than 30 KB.

2. Signature Requirements:

• Dimension: 4.5 cm x 2 cm.
• Resolution: 600 DPI (Black and White preferred).
• File Size: Less than 60 KB.
